Important notice to owners renting their property. A summary follows from the PDF:
- The lot owner will provide the name and contact information of each tenant to the Architectural Committee (“AC”), and provide updated information whenever there is a change in tenants.
- The lot owner will provide the name and contact information of any authorized agent of the lot owner to the AC, and provide updated information whenever there is a change in tenants.
- The lot owner will provide his name, telephone number, address and email address to the Architectural Committee.
- The lot owner will submit to the AC a signed letter from each adult renter indicating that they have seen, understand, and will comply with all LJHA rules and regulations.
Anyone needing additional information on Architectural Rules & Regulations, the approval process, or feedback on their requests should contact Tom Cox at firstname.lastname@example.org or 523-1353. The Architectural Committee has 30 days from the date of submission to provide a response.
All Lake James residents should have a Security Tag when using the common areas such as the park, boat ramps, basketball courts and beach. Our security patrols are required to ask for this identification if you are using these areas. If you do not have a security tag, please contact Terry Parsons at 424-5045.

Please do not leave barking dogs outside, unattended all day. It is a nuisance to listen to non-stop barking and the sound travels across the lake.
