Architectural Questions?

Security Tags

All Lake James residents should have a Security Tag when using the common areas such as the park, boat ramps, basketball courts and beach. Our security patrols are required to ask for this identification if you are using these areas. If you do not have a security tag, please contact Terry Parsons at 424-5045.

Car/Trailer Decals

Lake James resident decals are available from your Block Captain. Not sure who your Block Captain Is? Contact Susan Russell at susruss@verizon.net or view our Block Captain list on this website.

Barking Dogs

Please do not leave barking dogs outside, unattended all day. It is a nuisance to listen to non-stop barking and the sound travels across the lake.
